4. Fonts and local assets
The fonts and visual assets used on this website are delivered together with the website from our own hosting. Displaying them does not create a connection to Google Fonts or a comparable external font provider.
5. Appointment booking with Consolto
We use a service provided by Consolto for appointment booking:
Consolto Sites Ltd.Emek ha-Shalom 56
Yokne’am Illit
Israel
The scheduler is not loaded when you merely visit the page. It is loaded when you actively open the booking panel. Your browser then connects to the systems provided by Consolto or the booking domain.
Technical connection data such as your IP address, device and browser information, date and time, and technical identifiers may be processed. If you select an appointment, the contact and appointment details you enter are also processed. Depending on how you use the service, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, chosen time, time zone and any message you submit voluntarily.
The processing allows us to display available times, handle your appointment request, communicate about the appointment and, where applicable, take steps before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the booking is made at your request in preparation for or in connection with a contract. In other cases, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a simple and dependable appointment process.
Consolto may use cookies or comparable storage technologies as part of the embedded service. Further information is available in Consolto’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
6. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process your sender address, the content of your message and any other information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to steps before entering into or performing a contract. In other cases, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is handling your enquiry.
We retain correspondence only for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. Statutory retention duties and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer retention.
7. Recipients and retention
Personal data is made available only to service providers or people who need it for the purposes described above. This may include the hosting provider, Consolto in connection with appointment booking, and providers used for email communication.
Where this policy does not state a specific period, data is deleted once the relevant purpose no longer applies and there is no legal duty or overriding legitimate reason to retain it.
8. International transfers
Consolto processes data in Israel, outside the European Economic Area. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for Israel. Consolto provides further information about the data it processes, its retention periods and the service providers it uses in its privacy policy.
